Obvion is the island closest to the Grand Line in South Blue. Even though it's located closest to the Grand Line. You'll hardly ever see pirates set foot on this island due to the marine base. Unlike the one in Librie Island, a majority of the stationed troops are recruits in training. You won't really find a regular town or shop on this island anyway.

Many training routines are conducted on the Obvion Plains. Marines in training often go on heavy survival tests.

The main base of marine operation in South Blue. A large steel building with enough space for all it's new recruits and veteran marines. Many of the marines fleets sail out from this base.
