Iris Johansen Fans discussion

This is the thread in which you can talk about anything. It doesn't have to have anything to do with IJ or Goodreads.

My dog, Stewart Little (Yorkie), and I were on TV last Thursday as we participated in the READ program at the library. They filmed us while children, including my niece and nephew who came from Tucson (100 miles away), while they read to Stewie.

Monday I am going in the hospital for some pretty major surgery. I have a very large hernia that has affected my digestion and my breathing. The surgery is going to be at least 5 hours long. Unless something unforeseen happens I should be out of the hospital in a day. However, I don't figure I will be in any shape to be on the computer much for the first few weeks.

Although, I am sure nothing is going to happen, my best friend Diane is going to the hospital with me. If anything should happen she will let you know Marla. Otherwise, I will let you know as soon as I get home.

Thank you to all the Veteran's of the world. Not just America, but also the countries in which you serve.

I hope each and everyone of you have a joyous and happy holiday, whether it is Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, or whatever.
The holiday is going to keep me hopping for the next few days, so I probably won't be on at least till the 26th.

So does anyone know whether or not Iris Johansen will continue with the Eve Duncan series or was silencing Eve the end of it. I loved the series and really hoping that it continues

Hey Sheri, I think I read awhile ago that IJ did say there were going to be more, but to make sure I sent her the question. As soon as she emails me back I will let you know.

I have not received a answer to your question, but supposedly this month there is a book about Catherine Ling called Live to See Tomorrow, also in July there is also a book coming out about Kendra Michaels. It is named Sight Unseen. My guess is yes if she has books about the her friends then she will include Eve Duncan. I hope that helps.

I actually own Live to see tomorrow. I won an advanced copy of it. been waiting for that book to come out for a while.

I get on her site often and try to keep up with new releases. I will just keep checking. I will be sad if she doesnt come out with a new Eve Duncan book

Hi Fans, After considerable thought I feel that I need to stop co-moderating this group. I had originally planned just to help Marla out for a few months. I've been doing it a lot longer than I thought I would, that was because of all of you. I have enjoyed getting to know you all and will miss you a lot.

Since, I have just sent Marla a PM letting her know I am resigning I want her to have a chance to receive it before I actually take my name off the roster. I will take my name down tomorrow. If you still want to visit me go to Linda Howard Book Junkies.

I really wish there was more interaction in this group....i love this series and would love to be able to have discussions about the books and maybe even a re-read

ok Eve Duncan fans it has been anounced that there are 3 books coming out next year for Eve....Don't know about you but I can't wait

is coming out in April 2015....Can't Wait
