I can help with something, writing or something like that. Anything that is a strength of mine I might be able to help with, but I don't know too much about High School writing.

It means that within a given society, all individuals are given the same parameters for participation. All people can take part in civic activities; everyone can vote, run for and hold public office, join a board or committee, attend public meetings and gatherings. Everyone has the same right to access public amenities, such as public education and transportation, libraries, etc.
It also applies in professional/commercial applications. Everyone who has the wherewithal to run a business can do so. Anyone, with the proper schooling/training, can enter into any profession they choose. Anyone can advance through their knowledge and experience and opportunities offered to them. This may seem to be a given, but there have been times and places where this was not true. Say, if your parents were prosperous merchants, you could not go into a profession, such as medicine or law regardless of your ability to acquire the education or your aptitude for the profession. Another example would be that only members of the nobility could become officers of the military or enter the hierarchy of a church.
OK so I'm taking advanced chemistry this year and am completely lost. If anyone could help, that would be fantastic! So one of the problems goes like this:
"If it takes 36 mL of 0.5 molar sodium hydroxide solution to react with 15 mL of sulfuric acid, what is the molarity of the sulfuric acid?"
I'm not sure really where to start so any help would be great! :)

I'm not entirely clear on what the assignment is......are you supposed to find a quote, then provide some information about the author and the inspiration for the quote?
1)Slowly my eyes adjusted to the morning twilight and I saw that I was not alone.
2)
It was that precise moment of the day, that fleeting glow time when both the desert and its wide, slow river were alternately inflamed and then gilded by the sun, low in its arc.
