Mayor Parker sat his desk, reading the file. He looked up at the man standing before him. Dr. Tony Warren flinched under his gaze. "This is quite impressive, Dr.Warren."he said laying down the file. And it was. According to the file, he had found a way to erase people's memories, and replace them with new ones, permantely. "But how do I know this works?"
Dr. Warren stuttered,"I... I..I tes...tested it on several pe..people, sir. Within in hou..hours they were a blank as a ne...new born baby."
Dr.Warren saw he wasn't impressing him so he added,"The group of re...rebels we caught were tested on."
The mayor arched an eyebrow,"And?"
The doctor smiled and called,"Bri..bring him in!"
The doors opened as the guards walked in flanking a man. The mayor stood up as they walked towards him,"Doctor is that, who I think it is?"
Dr.Warren nodded excitedly,"Yes, sir. Miguel Ryder himself. The leader of the Rebels."
Mayor Parker walked up to Miguel, studying him. His eyes lingered on the sun tattoo on his arm. "Can he talk?"
"Yes,sir."Miguel responded his voice flat like a computer.
"What your story solider?"the mayor asked.
"The Rebels killed my family,sir. I intend to return the favor."Miguel said.
Mayor Parker searched Miguel's eyes for any show of defiance or lying, but found any stone cold determination.
He laughed,"Impressive, Doctor." He walked back to his desk. "I'll give you the funding you need to continue with this project." The mayor sat down.
Dr.Warren smiled,"Th...thank you,sir. You won't re..regret it."
The mayor's eyes darkened,"I better not." He turned to a guard, "I want every guard to know, that whoever brings in a rebel will get paid a large sum of money, per head. That way Dr. Warren will have more subjects to play with."
The guard nodded.
"Now leave,"Mayor Parker said. Silently they left.
The mayor leaned back in his chair and smiled. To him, this war was just another chess game. He could win this war by turning their own pawns against them. Mayor Parker laughed.

Yula walked into City hall and told the lady at the desk her name. Yula was told to sit down and that the mayor would be with her shortly. She sat in a chair and waited with a big smile on her face.

The lady at the desk told her to come to with her. The woman led Yula to a private room. Where the mayor stood looking out the window.
"She's here."The woman said and left quickly.
The mayor turned to Yula smiling."Yula."

((Are we doing the romance thing? Or just the free will thing?))

"Hey," she smiled back. She watched the lady leave then sat on his desk, "miss me?"

"Very,"He said watching her.

She crossed her one leg over the other, "I don't think your desk woman locked the door behind her," she pointed out, "is she newer?"

"Yes the other one was going suspicious."Mayor said walking towards her.

Yula smiled, "I see," she looked his face over, "so how's your wife?" She asked as she ran a hand down the side of his face.

"I told you we don't talk about her in this setting,"he said touching her leg.

Yula rolled her eyes, "and why's that? You think I'll get jealous?" She slowly moved her hand from his face to down his neck and chest.

"In here its just you and me." He said and looked into her eyes,"Unless you want to get to business?"

Yula shimmied forward on his desk slightly, "business can wait," she grinned. She looked him up and down, "I've been getting bullied by some new girls at the rebels headquarters," she said in a attractive yet winy voice as she traced a circle slowly on his chest with her finger, "can you make me feel better?"

"I can," he whispered kissing her neck.Then stopped,"What new girls?"

"Business can wait," she reminded him, knowing this would end as soon as she said anything about the breeders.

"Yes it can." The mayor said kissing her lips hard.

Yula wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him hungrily, she pulled him closer to her and started pealing off layers of clothing.

The mayor and Yula laid on the floor breathing heavily.

Yula looked over at him and smiled, "still better them you wife?" She asked between breaths.

"Always,"He said laughing,breathlessly.

She smirked, "I'm glad," she looked over at him as she caught her breath, "business?" She asked then moved closer to him, "or are we still off the clock?" She asked winking at him. She hadn't seen him in over two weeks, and remembered the last time they did it three times before someone knocked on the door asking if he wanted anything from Timmies. He had gotten her pregnant a couple times too, which he helped pay for the abortions for thankfully.

((Ohh, I was about say *swipes face*))
Mayor answered by kissing her again. His hands traveling down her back.

((*throws up* what is he? Like thirty? Bla! But it makes me laugh slightly XP I'm a sick person))

~20min latter~

Yula lain next to him and played with his hair slightly, "how big of a time slot did you get us?" She asked in a whisper.

((We both are. I had the idea first Xl. Lets not get to age please))
"Not long enough to keep going."He said sadly. And stood up putting his shirt on.

Yula sighed and stood to her feet. She sloped back into her cloths and sat in one of the chairs, "business then," she stated, waiting for him to sit in his big chair.

The mayor went back to his chair,"Tell me about these new girls."

Yula leaned back in her chair, "breeders," she said, "four of them; Sam, Olli, Kilo, and Terry are their names," she looked at him and smirked slightly, "Dequincy and Chris are there too."

There was a brief moment of silence. Then he reached up in his desk and pulled out a file full of photos and passed them to her,"That them?"

Yula glanced at them for a brief second then nodded, "yes sir," she then pushed the file back.
She leaned forward in her chair, "and, Mario and Tyler each fancy one of the older two breeders," she smirked, knowing this information would be important to him, "and Chris fancies that one," she said pointing to Kilo.

"And Dequincy?"He asked trying not to show emotion toward his son.

Yula shook her head, "not sure, he just seams to be the friend," she informed him.

The Mayor thought for a moment,"I have plans in place, but what I really need is leverage."

Yula nodded, "I'll do anything you want, except tell you where our hide out is," even she had a line in which she wouldn't cross.

"That's fine, dear."He laughed,"But I need leverage over Mario."

"What did you have in mind?" She thought a little and remembered talking to the nurse, "I heard his breeder, Sam, is pregnant."

He smiled,"Good, but I doubt she'll go anywhere with you, knowing your shining personality." He pointed to Olli's photo,"Doesn't this one like Tyler?"He said to annoy her.

Yula glared at the picture, "yes.." She looked back at him, "she has baby that is less then a week old, but it's not his, it's some Pete guy's baby. He was shot I front of her it something."

"Get me one of these girls. Which everyone you hate the most, I don't care."He said smiling.

She smirked, "anything else?"

"I need them alive," He said,"For now."

Yula sighed, "fiiiine," she looked at the clock, "how much time is left?"

The mayor reached over and planted a kiss on her and sat back just as the door opened. The lady from the front desk come in,"Sir you have another meeting."
"Alright, it was nice seeing you again Ms.Ota,"Mayor said making up a name.

Yula nodded and stood up, "you too sit, I'll get back to you as soon as I can," she winked at him then walked out.
