I would be a shape shifter. They my not get a lot of respect but it would be so cool to turn in to an animal.

There's all kinds of things in it. Shape shifters, werewolves, a coven of wannabe fake vamps, and the most evil child vampire! I'll try and remember to post my own version of Interview with a Vampire tomorrow, where I "interview" 3 of the vamps from the book.

To answer the original question, hmm, if I were in the actual book, I think I would want to be Lachlan, simply because he really doesn't give a crap what anyone thinks or does. Loved Caleb's gifts, but would hate to get treated like he does. Love Veronika's aloofness but wouldn't want to be married to Vlad. Renee is kind of fun but she does tend to get overlooked. As for the humans, they are too... well... human. So yeah, I'd choose Lachlan.

Hmm..... I'd want to be a shape shifter. Yes, they get treated like dirt but ultimately it's b/c the vamps are scared of them.... the shifters have a kind of power of the vamps that is untapped....I'd love to see some type of uprising against the vamps!

Well I couldn't be Lachlan because it would just be weird to be hot for myself all the time soooo I'd have to be an equally badass don't take no shit & could give a shit smokin hot vampire
