This is the place where writers of all genres and calibers promote their work.

Whether you're on Wattpad, Amazon or Lulu, everyone is welcome to broadcast their achievements. If you want to start a new topic for each genre, that's fine, or if asked nicely, I will create folders for each genre to promote within.

Here's how -

Hi, I'm Elaine White, and I am a paranormal romance writer, at the moment. My first published novel, Runaway Girl is a vampire extravaganza that takes a new twist on an old tale. Step into the private lives of vampire clans and see how they deal with humans, witches, magical islands and lycans.

You can find my book on Amazon, Smashwords, Barnes and Noble, WH Smith and right here, on Goodreads.

Dee Pipes | 3 comments Elaine,

Thanks for making this so easy. I'm very new to this, but I am a cozy mystery writer. I have four novels out in this order: A Jealous God, Justice Perverted, A Foolish Plucking, and very recently Ravening Wolves.
They are contemporary and I like to think they all have a surprise or two to keep you reading.

You can find my books in paper or electronically on Amazon. You can comment here on Goodreads or on DeeWilbur.com.

You are so welcome, Dee. Molly and I agreed that it's so hard to get the word out about yourself nowadays and be noticed for it online that we wanted somewhere that Indie authors could be happy and share what we have and what we know.

Thanks for joining in.

James Davidson | 3 comments Hi, I hope I'm doing this right. My name is James Davidson II. I got out of the Air Force, had some extra time, and wrote this book. I found my muse at the bottom of a bottle of bourbon; so, it has no redeeming political, cultural, or economic value. It won't tell you how to get anywhere or do anything, and it should be probably kept away from children. Some people claim that it actually lowered their IQ, but they still enjoyed the ride. If you drink it should be read while drinking. It's a crime thriller, loosely based on my time in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). It's available on iTunes, Nook, Kindle and in paperback. If you're even a little curious please pop over to http://www.amazon.com/SOME-LIKE-THEM-... or my website, http://www.somelikethemdead.com/ DISCLAIMER: Remember this is a complete work of fiction a product of my fevered, booze addled, imagination that I pulled out of my butt. I've also put the prologue for my second book "ONE PART DEATH" on my blog. Click on the link below if you are interested.

Pia Cathrin (cathy1967) | 2 comments Hi, my name is P.C.Rasmussen and I've just published my very first e-book on Amazon, Apple, Barnes&Noble and Kobo. I mostly write Sci-Fi/Horror stuff, but have been known to branch out into Westerns. This mainly as fan-fiction. :) My first jump into original fiction has been a great adventure so far. It's fairly new, too. It was only just published. Of course, I hope that someone will read it and maybe leave a review or two. I have written since I was about 12 and never really stopped. If you'd like to read more, you can check out the Prologue and the first chapter on http://www.pcrasmussen.dk. The site also has links to all the places where the book can be bought. Like all new authors, I hope my book is well received, but I am also interested in knowing what I did wrong if someone doesn't like it. :)

Khara Robinson | 3 comments Hello,
I'm a new author, currently working as a nurse for one my local school districts. The first installement of my trilogy is called "SOLSTICE".

Through time she has loved him. It has been two thousand years and now that love has dawned. Isis and Osris, light and dark, drawn together in a battle that could jeopardize that which they have waited an eternity to savor.

Kane, the Lycan king, who also is deeply in love with Isis, refuses to reliquish her to one of the most powerful dark vampires out there. Can she choose between two such powerful men, save humanity and not lose her sister to the darkness that is, Seth, brother to Osris?

It has been two thousand years since that fateful night in Egypt when her sister, Nephthys came for her. Isis' fate had come calling and now it was her turn to become humanities protector, as her sister had been for the past five years, but Nephthys grew tired, and had other plans. As Nephthys joins the dark to rule over the humans, Isis and Osiris must reunite and return to Egypt in a common cause to stop their sibilings before it's too late. A home comimg Isis and Osiris could never have imagined.

R.A. (raodum) | 9 comments Hi everyone!! My name is Rebecca (but I go by RA Odum for my author name) and I just released my debut novel on Thanksgiving. I am super excited! Its a science fiction/dystopian! I can't wait for more people to read it! Thirty have bought it so far and I'm hoping for many more! Here is the blurb:

For the last decade, famine has had the thriving land of Zoar in its grip. With money and food dwindling, seventeen-year-old Raven Montgomery longs for something more than working in the library. Driven by her love of learning, she enters a competition hosted by the Other World, where she will test her knowledge in order to win supplies Zoar desperately needs.
Before she can do so, Zoar’s ruler is killed, and hours later the Other World closes its door. Raven can’t believe the two events are connected. Yet, when she stumbles across Other World technology that holds classified information, she learns there may be more to the competition than meets the eye. Sure that her ruler’s death is somehow linked, she now faces the challenge of revealing the truth behind the Other World’s sinister ways before both lands are changed forever.

Here is the link to amazon! It's also on goodreads too! Just search Captured Minds! Add it to your bookshelf if you find it interesting! I know I'll be adding some books from here to my bookshelf!

Philip Dodd (philipdodd) | 3 comments Hello, everyone. My name is Philip Dodd. Available as a paperback since April, 2013, my book, Angel War, will be available as an E-book before the end of March, 2014. My book has been chosen as one of the twelve finalists for The Wishing Shelf Independent Book Awards for 2013 in Category 5, Books for Adults (fiction), I am very surprised and pleased to report. The Gold, Silver and Bronze medalists will be announced at Author.con, which takes place in Manchester, England, in April, 2014. The main reason I entered the awards is because I will get feedback on my book from the group of judges in London and the other one in Stockholm and reviews of it by them on Goodreads and Amazon. I certainly did not expect my book to be chosen as one of the finalists, but now I am very happy that it has been. My book has its own page here on Goodreads, Amazon and the Fast Print Publishing on line bookshop at: www.fast-print.com
The first two chapters of my book can be read on Amazon, using the Look Inside facility and on Wattpad, together with three of my poems, Searching For The Sangreal, Enki and The Fair Majesty Of Folk At Peace, and Dawn Of An Idea, being Chapter One of my lighthearted science fiction story, called Klubbe the Turkle and the Golden Star Coracle. I also enjoy putting together a board of prints related to my book on Pinterest, called Angel War Inspirations.
My book could be called a fantasy, rooted in The Bible. It was inspired by Chapter Six of the Book of Revelation, which speaks of the war in heaven, fought between Michael and his angels and the dragon and his angels. The Bible only says that the war happened, but not why, so I decided to write my own version of the events of the war and its aftermath. Here is the blurb I wrote for the back cover of my book:
From an early age, Azel, the Prince of the White Castle of the Angels of Light, plans what he calls his great rebellion against the Father. After his self transformation into a four legged, scaled beast, he names himself the Dragon. At the head of his rebel angel army and his dragon flocks, he brings war to the angel lands. His intention is to dethrone the Father and rule in his place. Khem, the Child of the White Mountain, vows upon his Silver Sword to be his slayer. The lonely, perilous path of the dragonslayer, he takes. At its end, he stands alone, to challenge the Father's foe to combat.

My book is called Dark Side Of The Moon (no relation to the Pink Floyd album *wink*) and here's the synopsis:

Kyle Whitmore is the son of an emotionally distant multimillionaire. He ends up in a serious fix, but Kyle is nothing if not adaptable. Being sent to prison on the first and only prison colony on the Moon, he will have to make friends fast to avoid the darkness that hides under the surface of the self-sufficient, uncontrolled prison colony.

Bonnie Dee (bonniedee) | 4 comments Bonnie Dee here launching my new contemporary romance series, the Promise series, with book one THE VIRGINITY VOW. Just put it up on Amazon, B&N, Smashwords, Kobo, All Romance Ebooks, et al today so it doesn't have an entry here at Goodreads yet. Here's the scoop on the series and the book:

The Promise Series
Five friends scattered by time and distance will soon come together to witness the wedding vows of one. But in the meantime, Graci, Tara, Corinne and Adya each make pledges of their own and find unexpected new loves waiting just around the corner. Promises will be made and sometimes broken but sisterhood endures in this series of stories about five forever-friends and the men who love them.

The Virginity Vow, book 1
After an abruptly ended engagement, Graciela Ramirez is dying of a broken heart and she has to attend her friend’s wedding as the only member of her old group who’s still a virgin. She sets out on a quest to do some things she’s never done, including ending her virginity with a random stranger. Graci never expects that Neal, the hot musician she literally runs into one night at a bar, might become a man she could truly care for. But love doesn’t arrive on a schedule, and that annoying virginity may not be as easy to lose as she’d hoped.
