He's alive.

what?!

yeah. here's what he said on his status:
"i didnt shoot myself....Jess's ex did...i was in the hospital...and then i got thrown in jail..and my inmates tried to hang me....but then i went to court...and the jury found me not guilty "

that has got to be the craziest thing i've ever heard.

i am so confused.

then why did everybody think he was dead, if he was in jail?

his dad gave the idea for the funeral. he told his mom he was dead. his mom told jess. jess told everyone on here.

i'm still sorta confused, i guess because i don't know him in real life, so that situation sounds really wacky...

Woooow...I wanna know how he was found not guilty...that's suprising...and now he can admit it and they can't do anything about it...cuz he can't be charged twice...

he was found not guilty because he was shot first, him shooting the other guy was counted as self deffence
