For some reason, when people post new reviews of my book, I don't see them on the GR book page. Is there something I need to change in settings or what should I be doing? Thanks

do you mean post the review on goodreads or Amazon because these are two independednt sites. If not it might be that goodreads have not updated yet.
It's only those on GR. How long does it take GR to update?

Book reviews posted by friends or people you follow will be visible immediately.
For example, on the home page it says my book has 9 reviews. I see only 5 (excluding those repeated for some reason.) I know one for sure that is already up on Amazon should be visible because the reviewer told me she posted it.
