Time to suggest our books for September!!

Classic: Lolita

i'd like to recommend Spook: Science Tackles the Afterlife because it would be cool to add some nonfiction to our repertoire.

or Middlesex for our contemporary selection. i've been dying to re-read it.

I'd like to suggest The Perfume Collector for contemporary.

Non-fiction: The Wolf of Wall Street for the Leo DiCaprio movie and the gif.



Classics:
Ethan Frome because it's short and by a female author

Contemporary:
The Shining Girls - A time travelling serial killer and the almost victim who goes after him.

We Need New Names - I just wanted to get around to reading this.

Anyone else??? I'm going to leave this open for a couple more days on the hopes we get a few more additions.

How about Night Film by Marisha Pessl for contemporary? Very un-cliche mystery, I think it's going to be huge. Really enjoying it so far.
