This topic is simply here for elaboration of the rules already set in place if you did not understand them.
1. "Cussing is allowed, but try to use it sparingly." Basically this means don't go around saying (view spoiler)[fuck (hide spoiler)] every other word, because that's just not cool. Like, do you know anyone that says that in real life? Probably not, so, don't let your character do that. This roleplay is supposed to be sort of realistic (?), so try to make it seem that way.
2. "No being in two places at one time." Again, can you be in two places at once? No, because we haven't perfected cloning yet, therefore, do not make your character able to frickin' telelport.
3. "You may make as many characters as you wish." Yes, and this is also what the face claim topic is for. There is a summary of what face claim is, so just look at that before you make your character.
4. "Experiment with your characters! Don't make them all rich and snobby, like the school suggests." Exactly. This school would be pretty darn boring if everyone was exactly the same, everyone trying to be the best and whatnot, so try and be creative, unique, and original with your characters, m'kay?
5. "Invite your friends, please!" I know that this is kind of a cliché rule, but this is a public rule and this roleplay is open to everyone, so have everyone join in the fun!
6. "You can go as far as you wish in the area of romance." Except, not anymore. Since Goodreads has made a new rule that basically leaves any public and all ages group open to cancellation, meaning that this group might be deleted if you and another person's charrie don't go banging around in an elevator or something.
And some add-on rules... 7. Listen to the MODS. I know for a gosh-darn fact that all of the MODs on this specific roleplay are pretty easy-going and nice people that would love to help you out. But if you complain and start going off about "How come you haven't looked at my charrie yet?" or something like that, just don't. Just. Please. Don't. Because someone is bound to get sassy and strict, and you don't want that.
Some roleplay terms that you should probably know... ||Charrie|| Just a shortcut way of saying character.
||((...))|| When you're actually in the roleplay and you have a plot twist or something like that in mind, and you want to let the other person know, you should use double parentheses either at the beginning or at the end of your post. It's not a recommended way of talking to someone, but for short little things to keep your story moving along, it's good use.
