I really love John Green and his books, but it's had to say if he's my favorite.

I liked An Abundance of Kathrines, but it wasn't his best work. The Fault in Our Stars is really good.

Laini Taylor, Abbi Glines (though she does more New Adult), Rae Hachton, Marie Lu, Morgan Rhodes, Tahereh Mafi. Crumbs... This list is just far too long for me to name them all.

Mine are probably Uncle Rick, Cassandra Clare, JK Rowling, Suzanne Collins, John Green and yeah... Plus others that I can't think of right now XD
My favorite YA authors are Veronica Blade, Jennifer L. Armentrout, Quinn Loftis, Richelle Mead, Tammy Blackwell, Rachel Caine, and C.K. Bryant.
