I'm not sure I want to force everyone to go through the experience of this book, but I just finished the audio and it was AMAZING. However, it was also horrifying, dark, nauseating, and a very difficult read. Not good for anyone with abuse triggers. The father is messed up and pretty much evil. The question is, does the son have it in him, and must he follow?

This was horrific and incredibly good. I preferred the story of "Rotters" but this is right up there as quality writing. I agree not everyone should read it. I don't normally read horror, yet can't wait for another dark tale from Daniel Kraus.
