Get Plucked - Ask Thomas Pluck discussion

I loved the Choose Your Own Adventure books. I've still got like 10 of them on my bookshelves somewhere.

You're not the only ones nostalgic about it. I'm editing a book by an author in the UK about Agile business practices that is in this style.

I could use some advice. Obviously we can't use the description"Choose Your Own Adventure style" book, so I need alternatives that still let give you the idea.

Any thoughts?

Maybe something about destiny...? I think a lot of variations have been taken already: Find Your Fate, and Pick Your Path.

I can't be sure, but I think they only seemed to hit here when I was a bit too old. Also, because I didn't really like reading, my response has to be taken with that in mind. I just didn't get it and couldn't come to terms with the whole thing. And that probably says more about me than about the books. Never mind.
I do like the titles, tho'. Taking The Fork is OK here, but I'm not sure - mosly it makes me think of eating or gardening. Stepping Stones? - you always have to choose the next one carefully. I like The Road Less Traveled, but that's not really the point. How about a pun on Logic Tree? - that might work.

I remember these. Even as a kid, I felt they were more gimmicky than good reads. But I love a good interactive fiction game. I have Anchorhead on my phone. :)
