1) What was the stone taken from the vivisected girl in the first book that was taken by Cale?
2) What was Sister Wray's doll? As I read it the doll could move around by itself, not just as a puppet with the nun throwing her voice.
3) Why was Kitty's man at the rubbish tip separating then burying paper in the desert?
4) What was the point of Dorothy Rothschild?
