Sydney (sydneyjayne) | 5 comments Hi!! I'm fine... yeah, Kate is actually pretty far ahead of me in Latin. Also, how do you get to the Latin thingy?...

Yeah, I'll bet she's really good! I really wish I could be half way fluent in Spanish or Italian, but...alas....

Um, you mean the folder? You're in it! I added a "Latin Only" topic where people who've learned/are learning Latin can talk (and practice talking) in Latin only - no English! It's right below this topic. =)

Veronica (v_a_b) I don't think that counts...

message 11: by Anne (new)

Anne (mekone) I studied Latin two years before university, which was great fun but very hard work, and I seem to remember some very odd bits. Hic salta, and so on. (Jump here.)

Veronica (v_a_b) My brother took latin in high school, I think.

Kacey Rai | 9 comments I just finnished my first year of latin, wrote the exam on friday...thought i was going to fail ! but lucky for me there was alot of multiple choice =D The latin course i'm taking isn't just the language aspect of latin, it includes the history of rome, roman mythology as well as classical life, which is roman life...so it makes it alot to study!

Bree (breej6434) | 2 comments i really want to learn latin, with a BURNING PASSION but of course the year before i became a freshman in high school they cut the class for bugets!! now i'm stuck with a french teacher that doesn't know english, has a russian accent, doesn't teach me anything and is convinced my name is sophie.(though i've had him 2 years!) :(

message 23: by Kacey Rai (new)

Kacey Rai | 9 comments Ya, this year though i am finding it slightly more harder to be interested in it.
