I read it in April/May of last year, and I really liked it. I bought my copy at the very reasonable price of £14.09 GBP from the third website on your list. I know it looks like it's from the 1990's, but that's just the way it's always been. The main site (http://www.leemac.freeserve.co.uk/) is/was run by a close friend of DWJ's. If I were you, I would use the email address on the order page and ask Moondust if they are still in business and if they still have copies available. There is a review I like here: http://readersbynight.com/changeover-...
And this is my review on goodreads: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...
The plot is your basic comedy of (ever-increasing) errors and political/military cover-ups.
Cheers,
And good luck!

I'm glad to see that you liked the book. The "adult" categorization of this one reminds me that I should reread A Sudden Wild Magic.
I bought my copy for a standard retail price from Amazon (I forget how much) a few years ago. I didn't realise it had gone out of print again since then! Best of luck getting a copy.
I just checked my email account, I still have the email where they confirmed that my copy had been shipped.Meredith MacArdle
You might try emailing her, there's always a chance that she might have some spare copies lying around.
Again, best of luck!
As an update, I did get in touch with Meredith, and she sold me a used copy of the book. I'm really excited to start it. Thanks to everyone who helped out.

There's a nice semi-review of the book here that mentions how hard it is to find:

This website looks like it was last updated in 1995, so it seems iffy even as a last resort:

Anyway, has anyone read this one? If you have, HOW did you get your hands on it? :)
