Every time we choose a Member Of The Month, they get to pick the profile picture right? Well Domi is our MOTM but she never answered me back. And since we already chose the picture, we'll wait till next month to choose the MOTM and they can use FotoFlexer to make an awesome profile picture for the group.

All right well let's give this MOD app another day or two. If we find someone good, then we'll make him/her a Mod. I think that we've been revamped with participation and we can just keep inviting more people if need be. I don't think that we need another Mod right now tho. Once the group gets a little bigger we will tho...

Yeh, sounds good. I don't think we need a Mod, I just think that if we added someone, maybe they can help with new topics and bring some more interest to the group again.

Yeah we'll see if we get anyone who would be good for the position. I am going to delete the messages saying that we are looking for another Mod, but keep the discussion unfrozen so if people have interest, they can still submit an application. Sound good?
