Thanks Scott. I was just looking through some issues from Inferno, and I see where she's different that how she was first introduced, but certainly not the ninja with the psychic knife yet... forgot about that...
I only realized it was her when the credits came up! She's a purple- haired ninja! Not hard to make her obvious.

While 'psychic knife using, thong wearing ninja' Betsey has had some good moments, I think I prefer the earlier version.

Okay, haven't seen it in years. Thanks William

Yes, her being hot was a contributing factor, but I also liked her, as a psychic knife is a pretty cool/unique power and she was pretty kick ass, which made her different where most X-women were strong women, but not action heroes.I do get annoyed that the only way we got a kick ass member on the team, was to trade away one of the rare realistically looking woman on the team.

Well, Marvel artists are the same guys that thought the Beast needed goggles and that Cable's secret covert team needed matching orange outfits.
Not the best judgement when it comes to design.
Okay, so I'm hesitant to tell you this- there's a new Xmen series that started in July this year. So it's Xmen volume 4, written by Wood & Coipel. Illustrated by Morales & Martin. It's an all female team: storm, rogue, Rachel grey, Shadowcat, psylocke and jubilee.

Is that the team that also includes Puck from Alpha Flight?
I was going to check that out, but trying to sift through the 128 X-titles I think I gave up and tried one of Dynamites many revamps of a golden age hero instead.

Hesitant? Why is that? That sounds like a cool team -I was reading the comic back in the day and there was Storm, Rogue, Rachel and Kitty (and some guys as well)- I think that Psylocke came in as they lost Kitty and Rachel...

So, marvel has two X-teams that are all girl and two X-forces?
@ JamesHesitation was sarcasm
Because there have been some very amusing comments wrt Kitty and Psylocke
Can someone explain why Jubilee is a vampire? Or is this a spill over effect from the sparkly vampire craze?
