Cookbook Collector's Recipe Exchange Group discussion

I have several cookbooks I have purchased, and never ever used to make a recipe from. I am challenging myself to take one of these cookbooks each month and try one recipe (I need to justify my purchases somehow :) . Anyone else up for the challenge? You can try my recipe and see if your results are like mine (whatever those may be)...

I am up to the challenge! Thx for doing this, Jennifer! I haven't been cooking lately so I'll have to have my hubby pitch in! LOL

Great. I've started reviewing a couple of cookbooks to see what my first experiment might be.

Paul said ok so I will start looking for easy recipes for him to make later today. Let's make Mondays the day to post our weekly results?

I cannot bring myself to part with a cookbook. I have so many it is pitiful.
