I step outside the institute after breakfast. My sisters were training and my parents were arguing per usual. I just need some fresh air, and this is the best place to go. I see someone at the gates and walk towards him--no her, I see as I get closer.

Georgie rested her forehead against the column for a moment, relishing the feeling of the cool stone against her skin. She was slightly overheated, as all wolves were. Of course, paired with her run, and the cool stone felt fantastic. The brunette closed her eyes, trying to catch her breath, when she heard footsteps, her ears perking up. Someone was outside. Her eyes fluttered open, locking on the person who was walking in her direction.

I reach the gates. I recognize the girl, I think her name is Geargina but I'm not sure. I remember meeting her before. "Hi," I say, leaning against the gates and looking at her. She looks a little tired, like she was just working out or something.

Georgie's brunette head snapped up when she heard him speak, running her hands through her hair. Time to pretend she was fine again, as always. She nodded simply, sighing softly. "Hey," she allowed, opening the gates without making a sound.

"What brings you to the Institute this fine autumn morning?" I ask as we walk towards the doors. I know I can trust her. My parents have an allegiance with the pack her in New York. I wonder why all of a sudden she came, since I haven't seen her in a few months. She probably needs to talk about some conflict or something, or maybe it was just a friendly visit to see how things are going.

"Valid point." I say. "Violet and Abrianna will be glad you're here," I say, opening the large, almost daunting doors to the institute. "Make yourself at home, since technically it is your home."

I raise my eyebrows. "Hon, huh?" I say, closing the doors. "Well, I secretly think they're getting bored of each other. They're always together, all the time. I'm sure they'll be grateful for the extra company. Let's go check on them, I want to see how they're doing anyways,"

"We'll you're doing an awful lot of talking now, for someone who usually doesn't talk too much." I point out.

"That's true, you have good reason to be at least a little happy now. Good reason to celebrate," I agree. "I'm glad you're better by the way,"

"I'm sorry I I offended you," I say calmly. We finally reach the training room, an I instantly know something is not right. "It's too quiet."

"Sure, but you're not gonna puke on me right?" Kaden teased, taking a seat on a step and grinning at her playfully.
