This topic is about none other than my favorite TV show, Supernatural. Dean Winchester hunting demons. What could there possibly be that is better than this???

I find it amusing that it became "Dean Winchester hunting demons," shuffling Sam, Cas, Bobby, Jo, Ellen, John, Chuck, Frank, Charlie, Meg (sometimes), Ruby and Gordon into the dim recesses of peripheral memory. ;)

In all seriousness, though... Supernatural is an amazing show. Great characters, great relationships, and excellent "monsters of the week" with a lot of effort, research and unique spins thrown in. I think it may be my favorite television program ever (though Castle and Friends might want to argue for the spot on occasion.)

Yes. It is always Dean Winchester hunting demons. He's the best character in TV history. And Sam... well I was always annoyed with him. too over emotional. I even blogged about it...

My problems with Sam run far deeper than the fact he's kind of a crybaby. I could almost forgive that - he IS the younger brother, after all, and his wounds are a little more fresh than Dean's, at least until the end of Season 1 - but his attitude on other subjects drive me nuts. Also, while I can completely understand the desire to escape a troublesome family, the manner in which he did it and the constant blame-game he plays about it (and don't even get me started when it comes to the "happy memories" that come up when they visit Heaven in Season 5), plus how he tries to trump Dean on the mom thing with "I lost mom, too!" *cry* when he probably has essentially zero memories of her and Dean was still at the age when he'd cry for mom when something was wrong (not yet having developed the "I'm a big boy, I can do it myself" attitude.)

Ahem. My Sam-hate is showing. Oh, and he's a traitorous, two-faced, manipulative little bitch. Ahem. Okay, it's really out, now. XD But yes, Dean is a badass, perhaps THE badass on the show. But a lot of the supporting cast has their moments. And my obsessions over Meg #3 are well known. XD

Lol. Yes. He is really not my cup of tea and I think if they killed him off the show would be even better. Meg #3 is the best version of Meg.
