When sixteen-year-old Kaelyn lets her best friend leave for school without saying goodbye, she never dreams that she might not see him again. But then a strange virus begins to sweep through her small island community, infecting young and old alike. As the dead pile up, the government quarantines the island: no one can leave, and no one can come back.

Those still healthy must fight for the island’s dwindling supplies, or lose all chance of survival. As everything familiar comes crashing down, Kaelyn joins forces with a former rival and discovers a new love in the midst of heartbreak. When the virus starts to rob her of friends and family, she clings to the belief that there must be a way to save the people she holds dearest.

My aunt and cousin (The one that i really don't like) come round this morning, so i was forced to be social.
Then my internet went all weird and wouldn't let me on.

I'm halfway through now;

Everyone was acting really crazy about people sneezing and stuff, which i found to be a bit over the top. I know Rachel's dad was in hospital because of it, but they're weren't loads at that point.
I hate colds, but i just found it a bit weird that people were kept of school because of it, when they only thought it was a cold.

When Rachel's dad died, it did get a bit more serious, so then i could understand why people were o scared of getting it. Especially when everyone that got it started being really delusional.

It didn't get interesting until i was about a quarter through, but even then, it wasn't that good.

I don't know why the genre tags on GR says Zombies. None of the people that have died have come back yet. (hide spoiler)]

We were busy this morning and then our internet was down too.
