TFOA aka THE FEDERATION OF AWESOME discussion

This topic is for group roleplay!
Here's how it works; it's pretty simple.

1) When you'd like to join in, just jump in. But please add an introduction. Example, Céline has joined rp and Céline has left rp (go ahead and personalize your own intros). Just so everyone knows when people are joining in and leaving.

2) You can roleplay as yourselves here. Use your usernames or fake names (you can use your real one if it's in your username; as is mine). I don't care if you want to mess around with your gender (i.e., Céline was a very attractive boy with short, curly blond hair and grey eyes). Pretty much anything goes as long as you stick to your own personality. Mess with gender and even species if you like (yes, species). Try and keep distinguishing features about you, however. If you want to be a dog, try to pick one that suits you. You can switch back and forth between gender and species whenever you like.

3) Try to keep a general plot. Go ahead an conjure pies to throw at people, come in dressed as Spider-Man, bring your aunty Mabel, I don't really care. That's what makes it fun. But if the scene is in say, an amusement park, please don't suddenly jump up and decide we're all in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. We can go there, but offer the idea first. :)

4) First person to comment gets to set the scene! Have fun! GO!

Renee is the faerie queen of the unseelie court. She has glowing bright blue eyes and a tumble of brown curly hair down her back.

She holds a wand not unlike the one the white witch has in Narnia.



"WELCOME TO MY COURT MINIONS!"

Rebel is the totally-hot-6'3"-shirtless-athletic-tanned-blue-eyed-black-haired-24-year-old standing beside and slightly behind Renee. He coolly surveys the courtroom for any threats to his queen, whom he would unquestioningly lay down his life for, as is his duty as her personal adviser and bodyguard.

"Silence".
His voice cut through the room effortlessly, silencing the crowd as efficiently as his piercing gaze, as he waited for Queen Renee to command her lethal army of... radioactive cyborg marshmallows (^-^)

"As you know, my sister, supposed queene of the seelie court has made a threat against me and my rule, branding my ways," she paused here to laugh shortly, as if what she was saying was so rediculous, she could barely stand to say it. "as evil and wrong. I tell you now, SHE IS THE ONE WHO'S WRONG!"
Renee paused to observe the reaction in her court, nodding to Rebel with a dip of her head.
"WHY SHOULD THE HUMANS LIVE OBLIVIOUS AND UNSERVING, EATING ALL THEY WANT WHILE WE GET NOTHING? WE CANNOT FEAST UPON THEIR FLESH AND INSTEAD HAVE BEEN FORCED TO EAT SUGAR AND NOW LOOK AT YOU ALL!"
She gestured with her wand towards the plump, pink faerie blobs in her court. Her voice turned menacing.
"How can we be sen as evil, be taken seriously, WHEN YOU'RE ALL A BLOB OF MARSHMALLOWS!!! THE FIRST LESSON OF BEING A FAERIE?"
They all recited it back with her, collective marshmallow voices.
"Never eat the human food!" they chanted.

(Faerie night: Yep! I was thinking of a hotter and less aloof version of Meliorn crossed with Dimitri (VA))

Murmuring quickly spread throughout the room, starting at the back and radiating outwards.
"What shall we do?"
"We will eat what we want!"
" SHE can't tell us what to do!"

"SILENCE!" Rebel roared, irate. Immediately, the crowd was silent again.
"The army is at your command, you majesty. What do you propose we do?" In a softer voice, so that only she could hear: "Perhaps attack you sister, Titania?"

((he he, yay meliorn! ooh have to recommend a book to you know brb, err actualyl it won't matter coz timing and... god now I'm just rambling))

Renee let out a cackle, tipping her head back. "I propose...we arm ourselves to march to the seelie court! I propose battle and the taking over of the seelie court. WE SHALL EAT THEIR FOOD INSTEAD YOU FAT MARSHMALLOWS!"
She sighed placing a hand over her eyes as if she had a headache. "I can't believe how stupid I look leading a mob of marshmallows out of here. I will surly die of embarrasment."
She took her hand down, staring out at her court. "NOW LEAVE! GO AND PREPARE! ONCE WE RID THE WORLD OF THE SEELIE COURT, THE HUMANS SHALL BE UNDER OUR CONTROL!"

(lol *cue evil maniacal laugh*)

*6 hours later*

"Troops! Assemble before you queen and prepare to attack!" Rebel's strong voice echoed throughout the large cave in which the unseelie army was assembled. "All our lives, we have remained hidden in the shadows, meekly abiding by unjust laws set for us by others, wasting away. No more, I tell you. NO MORE! We shall rise up against those who oppress us and take our rightful place in this world: as its rulers!"

The unseelie army dutifully turned towards Queen Renee, waiting for her to give the command to wage war against her sister Titania.

"Let it be known that on this day, the Seelie court, was taken down!"
She raised her wand, facing the secret entrance to the Seelie court. "Time to die sister," she mutered under her breath, hunger churning the insides of her stomach. She needed human flesh, their blood, their bones.
Oh their bones, the bones that made up the very walls of her kingdom.
"CHARGE!"

Holy crap, this has become such an evil twisted story!... I like it :P. Do you reckon we should do a backstory for the two sisters; how they grew up, etc? And then I can do the tortured backstory of Rebel ;D

Amy, a mischevievious Seelie Faerie happened to be snooping about the Unseelie court prior to the attack. With a snicker at how ridiculous the too serious knight and queen looked leading an army of pink marshmallows she disappeared into the forest; her golden-red hair adding a shimmer of color to the green.
She had to warn Titania of the approaching attack. Though she loved to watch trouble take place she predderred to initiate it herself. Also, she needed the humans, they were so gulllible, they made up most of her amusement.

Oh, have either of you read the Iron King? This reminds me of that.

Renee lead them through the forest, annoyed. All she could hear were their marshmallowey footfalls.

She knew this mission was more of a cleansing mission than anything. Really. There were only a few sensible ones left so far. Most of her court were marshmallows.
Only a few full bodied faeries were left. Including Rebel. And for that she was thankful.
He was a sight for the eyes, especially when the rest of her court was annoying and pink.
PINK WAS NOT AN EVIL COLOUR!
HOpefully, the rest of them would be demolished by the seelie court and the rest of them could re-build their kingdom.
Inviting wandering faeries in, adopting nomad fey, etc.
She smiled a thin cruel smile as the rolling green hills came into view.
Pathetic. Too pretty and bright and happy.
There was no genuinity there.
