Rapunzel walked down to the horse stables, singing to herself quietly. Her long braid swished as she walked. She found the horse that she was assigned to and started brushing her mane and saying quiet, calming things to the horse.
Merida was hosing down her horse after she rode him. "Good boy." Her strong accent echoed off the walls.
Rapunzel heard an Irish accent. She stood on her tiptoes and looked over the stalls. Luckily the horse stall walls were short. She saw bright, curly red hair. She stopped singing. "Hello?" She asked. She didn't know anyone with red hair. The hair kind of reminded her of Mother Gothel's but messier and red.
Merida looked up at the voice. "Hello there." She saw a girl with super long blond hair. "I'm Merida." She smiled.
Rapunzel gave Merida a welcoming smile. "I'm Rapunzel!" She said happily. "It's nice to meet you, Merida! You sure are a natural with that horse. Do you ride much?" She asked.
"All the time." She nodded. "And thank you for the welcome. Have you been here long?" She asked as she brushed her horse.
"A while." She said in reply to Merida's question. "I like it here a lot. There is so much room to run and so much stuff to learn." She smiled. "I ride a little, but not a lot."
"Is there an archery range?" Merida asked curiously.
((one-liner! please avoid one-liners.:) ))
"I'm not too sure." Rapunzel said with a sigh. "I haven't quite been everywhere that there is to go yet." She smiled. She kept brushing the horse's mane gently.
((I'll add an archery range later! :D))

((WHOOPS sorry!))
Merida smiled. "I see." She glanced at her long long hair. "How is your hair so long?" She asked in awe. "I mean, mine is long but not as long as that!"

((No problem, just a reminder! Longer replies help with good character development, and help to keep conversations easier to understand. :) I added the Archery Range!))
Rapunzel pulled her hair closer to her. "It's magic hair, that I've never cut. If it gets cut, it looses it's power. It can heal people when I sing." Rapunzel smiled. "It's a hard concept to grasp, but you'll eventually understand." She grinned as she looked up and down at Merida. "Where are you from? I can't quite put a name on your accent. Of course, I haven't traveled much, so I'm not good with accents."

Merida laughed. "That's really cool!" She said. "I'm the princess of Dunbroch, and we're Scottish." She smiled. "I love the beauty of Dunbroch. I'll have to show you the painting I did, though there's only one. I've never been one for patience." She said. "Where are you from?" She asked.
((It never does say where Tangled takes place.))
Rapunzel shrugged. "I've always lived in a tower in the middle of the forest. Mother never taught me any geography or anything." She sighed. "I hope they do teach geography here." Rapunzel was one for learning. She never had too much of an education as a child. "You paint? I do too!" She said excitedly. "I paint about the floating lanterns."

((If you are a horse character, then this is where you'll stay.))
