Just when I start to think this was going to be a rather run of the mill, predictable fantasy novel...The situation with the Gray King and Capa Barsavi completely surprised me. I'm not sure what I thought was going to happen when Locke shows up, pretending to be the Gray King, but that wasn't it

Nope, that was not what I was expecting to happen when I read it either :P It was exciting though!
