It is a true story of a doctor written in diary form. I think he was in the Doctors without borders for about 3 months and maybe in Afghanistan.

Annette, you may want to edit your post title with more details. Something like, "Nonfiction diary by Doctor in Afghanistan." That way you will catch more eyes.
