He who threatens. Knows. Expels. Kills. Tells. He has the power to switch off Erebos at any time on someone's laptop to force them to carry out an errand... or have Erebos taken away forever from the player. He is the one who communicates. Who sees and know what you, as a gamer of Erebos, do.

[Backstory:] NOt much is known of The Messenger's backstory. But he has one aim- to kill Ortolan, and to achieve this goal he make every gamer believe that Ortolan is a monster in Erebos,,, When Ortolan is a real man. For the soul aim of the game was for Jamie, a school boy and classmate of Nick Dunmore,'s dad to kill Ortolan for having attempted to plagiarise Erebos, a game of artificial intelligence. The Messenger's duty is to guide those strong and kill those weak, but he likes to play and mess around with the minds of the weak before he eliminates them from the game.
