I just finished reading This Child Will Be Great Memoir of a Remarkable Life by Africa's First Woman President by Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. It's gotten a lot of press, so I'm sure most of you have heard of it, but I thought I would post anyway. It's got a lot of Liberian history, as well as Johnson Sirleaf's personal story. Very readable, though it is obvious she's a politician!

Just started The House at Sugar Beach: A Memoir, by Helene Cooper. A little history as well as life in the 1970s forward.
