Weaknesses and strengths are important. no one likes a Mary-sues yet no one likes a weak character. Balancing the two out is a great way to deepen your character. This is especially important when it comes to powers. There must be SOME weakness in the power like, you get tired after a period of time or die if you do this too long, etc.

Weakness: He puts himself in danger to save others. this is good but he gets hurt badly usally. He hasn't got much confidence about his leadership skills. He doubts himself greatly. He can be silly in serious moments.
Strengths: his compassion and leadership skills. he is freindly to all nad a great guy to have around
Power weaknesses: haven't figured it out yet.
