ok, this is 4 ppl still reading nancy drew. if ur currently reading one, put the book ur reading, a summary of what u've read so far, and what's ur favorite event that has happened so far.

I'm currently reading "Lights, Camera" which is book #5 from the Nancy Drew all new girl detective series.

In the story Nancy gets to take part in a movie that is being filmed in River Heights. Strange things are happening on the set.

I'm not sure what my favorite event is so far. I suppose I like it when suspicious things happen at the movie set, because that makes the story more exciting.

I just read The Secret of the Scarlet Hand and really liked it.

I'm reading Nancy's Mysterious Letter right now. I'm close to the end, when Nancy is visiting Emerson College.

Cool! I want to read the Secret of the Scarlet Hand. :-)

I read Nancy's Mysterious Letter a while ago. I like the part that's close to the ending.

I luved Nancy's Mysterious Letter! It is one of my favorites.

I didn't think it was as good as the yellow backed old ones, but still quite enjoyable.

I'm looking forward to reading "Clue of the Tapping Heels", because my sister likes that one. :-) I'll read it sometime, because I'm reading the books in order. The next one I'm going to read is the Clue of the Broken Locket.

Okay, I started tThe Clue of the Tapping Heels. It is very good. I'm into it because it has cats in it. And i luv catz! ;-) I've read main events like when they uncover the secret room, the fire during rehearsal, and Hannah Gruen taking care of Miss Carter while Nancy is at rehearsal and George and Bess at a family party.

Good! I like that one.

I am reading the Nancy Drew Files currently I just ordered one I have read 5 of them. I am also reading the Clique series,Private Series and Poseur series.

I as you all have probably seen posted the nancy drew books I read on another discussion over 90!

Last night I had a dream Steph came on, and we got made mods with Charmaine and we organized the folders.

I just hate when groups only have one mod and they're terribly inactive.

I recently read two Nancy Drew comics: Monkey Wrench Blues, and Dress Reversal. Other than that, I haven't read any other Nancy Drew books. I will start on the Broken Locket soon. I keep saying that I'm going to read it, but I end up reading other books instead. :-P

We just have all of these topics in one folder.

Oh yeah, you're right! I didn't realize that. It would be nice to organize all of these topics into different folders.

I just got the Secret in the Old Attic.

oh i read the hidden staircase book 2 and the clue in the diary book 7 and now im gust about to start the bungalow mystery book 3

All of those are good! Especially the Hidden Staircase. The Bungalow Mystery is exciting. I finished book 7 in 2 days!

really the hidden staircaes is my fav so far an dthe bongalow mystery sounds really hood an dthe clue in the diary is almost as good as the hidden staircase but not as good

Today I finished reading "The Clue of the Broken Locket" (book #11)! It is really good! It just kept getting better as I continued reading it. Whoever reads it will probably like it! :-)

Hopefully soon I will start reading the Message in the Hollow Oak (I think that's what it's called). It's book 12.

I liked #11 too. The Message of the Hollow Oak was a good one also. I hadn't read a ND book from February-May, and in June, it was nice to get back to reading them. I always hold them off because I collect them, so I have ones I'm on, and with other books I read, they're from the library, and I have to hurry with them, sometimes.

iluvcatz, that is so cool that you collect Nancy Drew books! Do you have a lot of them? My family has a couple of the books, but we have more Hardy Boys books (haven't read a complete Hardy Boys book yet).

Well, i have 1-21, plus 32, 39, and 49. Numbers 6, 11, 32, 39, and 49 were my moms-they are the older covers.

I have 1-56 but I wish I had the Files!

Yeah, that is awesome! :-D Couture.Dior.Megan, maybe you can find some of the Nancy Drew Files books at a used book sale at your library. I have been to one library that has a bunch of them if I remember correctly.
