What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Hey everybody, i need help really badly. This book is about a golden pyramid that is broken int many pieces, and once every thousand years, if you assemble the pyramid and throw dirt from your native country on it, your country will rule the earth for a thousand years. Many nations seek this prize, but a group of smaller nations has assembled a team to get to the pieces first so that no country can get the power. This team is lead by a super solider guy from Australia with a robotic arm, and the team found a girl as a baby who can read the ancient language and activate the pyramid. The team uses a gigantic airship called the Helicarnassus or something along that line. Sorry but that's all I got, can you help me?

seeing the golden pyramid - that was going to be my recommendation as well
