ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) Elle was pleasantly surprised with her room. A twin sized bed with perfect sheets sat next to an open window. Shelves under it held some undergarments, pants, and jacket, all of which fit her style perfectly. In the closet were shirts of all colors and even a few nice dresses. A small bookshelf had textbooks for her classes stacked inside and a blue backpack. There was a bathroom connected by a white painted door. It had a toilet, a shower, and sink all with gleaming porcelain sides. A desk and computer were alongside the bed. This was probably the best room she had ever seen. On top of the desk was her schedule.

Alex (alice-andwendy) "Pretty nice room!" Wendy told Elle as she walked through the door. Wendy and Selene's dorm was above and beyond due to some incantations here and there, but Elle's dorm was very pretty. "It seems very lonely though." Wendy mentioned sadly as she looked around the bare space. How could Elle plan on living alone? She was so young.

ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) It was a nice room, to say the least. They had made all of this and bought new clothes just for her. The stacks of books welcomed her and the computer was something she hadn't been able to use for about a month. She sat down on the bed. The mattress was nice and fluffy-- just how she liked it. She had stayed in a motel for a long time and the quality was nowhere near this. The last statement Wendy said, though, saddened her. Lonely. She was no stranger to loneliness. She had promised herself that it was better to be alone than endangering her family. If they found out she was a ghost, they would think they were insane. She'd heard stories of people who had gone insane, insisting their loved ones were phantoms. If that ever happened to her family, it would be her fault. Not only that, but what would people do if they found out she was a ghost? What kind of cruel havoc would be laid upon her? She would have to flee every time suspicion had arisen. "Alone is what I have," she quoted from a beloved television show. "Alone protects me." She looked up. "I'm used to it."

Alex (alice-andwendy) Wendy looked over at Elle, the girl looked sad, and Wendy couldn't blame her, being a ghost had to be difficult. She perked up a bit at the girls words, "Is that from a television show?" She asked curiously. "It sounds awfully familiar." She thought about it for a moment as she looked around the room a bit more. Right then she promised herself she would visit Elle as much as possible to make sure the girl was never too lonely.

message 7: by ʝσʂιҽ (new)

ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) Elle stood up and shook off the depression. Remorse would get her nowhere in life. So she just got to her feet and plastered a smile on her face. "Yes," she replied, "it's from Sherlock. It's a British show." She was still waiting for season 3, which seemed like it would never come. She walked past Wendy to open up the bright blue closet doors. The shirts were perfect-- lace, satin, floral. She didn't think she would wear the dresses much, though, unless there was some big dance. She wondered what kind of school had this money. And, apparently, it was this one. Then she realized that they might've conjured up half of this with magic or something.

message 8: by Alex (new)

Alex (alice-andwendy) Wendy's mouth dropped open, "You watch Sherlock?! I love that show! Oh John is just my favorite person alive!" Wendy squealed. "Oh Elle you are officially 100% amazing!" She gushed at the girl, happy to find someone with the same interests as her.

message 9: by ʝσʂιҽ (new)

ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) Elle grin grew wider. It was hard to find any Americans that liked those British shows as much as she did. Doctor Who and Sherlock were her life, well, after life. The cliffhangers that the directors brought upon their audience was unbearable yet brilliant. "Do you watch Doctor Who, also?" Elle bubbled. "Those are my all-time favorite shows. I love and hate Steven Moffat, it kind of confuses me." She found herself rambling on about the Reichenbach and sonic screwdrivers for about five minutes. She didn't want to stop, but she heard a group of students yell at her to be quiet on the other side of the wall. She thought it might be pretty funny to play a quick trick. "Watch this," she told Wendy in a hushed voice.

Elle dissipated into invisibility leaving only her legs in sight and walked through the wall. Her feet stuck out in her dorm but her clear head was poking into the dorm next to hers. What seemed to be a fire elemental was sitting on the bed with fire in one hand and a book in the other. Elle started making ghastly sounds. The boy looked up nervously.
"Who's there?" he asked. Elle noises grew louder and louder until he stood. She made the rest of her body invisible. She approached the boy soundlessly. When she was next to her ear, she turned visible again and screamed a loud BOO! He jumped sky high and turned angrily to her. Elle dodged some fireballs and ran back through the wall and into her dorm, laughing doubled over.

Alex (alice-andwendy) Wendy squealed, "Of COURSE I watch Doctor Who! My mom and her sister have been making me watch it since I was a little girl." She laughed, "I adore Ten though, he's my true love." She joked. She watched Elle stand up.

"What are you doing?" She asked, and waited as Elle walked through the wall. When Elle returned Wendy burst into fits of laughter. "You're mental!"

message 11: by ʝσʂιҽ (new)

ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) Elle fell breathlessly onto the bed. The boy's face was priceless. His mouth was in an "o" and his ruby eyes were wide with fright. It was hilarious! Her sides were hurting and her cheeks were sore by the time her howls of laughter were quieted. There was angry pounding at her door. Elle put a finger to her lips in the direction of Wendy and slowly answered the door. She realized that the "boy" was actually just a girl with short hair. Of course, this was probably an all girl dorm building. "Hey," Elle said timidly, "sorry!" She choked back another chortle.
"Yeah, sure," the girl said in a rather deep voice. Elle noticed scorch marks where she knocked on the door. "Don't let it happen again." She left and stormed back to her own room and slammed the door. Elle almost lost her wits again.
"I'm Elle!" she yelled down the hall. "Nice to meet you, too!" With that she fell to her knees in giggles.

message 12: by Alex (new)

Alex (alice-andwendy) Wendy started giggling, and it soon turned to a full on laugh attack, awkward silent laughing and all. She rolled onto her side and awkwardly fell off the side of Elle's bed. When she finally stopped laughing she sat cross legged on the floor. "Elle, you're absolutely mental!" She exclaimed. She smiled approvingly at the ghost girl. "You're the opposite of Casper the friendly ghost."

message 13: by ʝσʂιҽ (new)

ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) When Elle could finally get back up and calm down, she went and sat on the bed again. "Good, bad," she said mischievously, "what's the difference?" She picked her schedule up off the desk. It looked like a normal schedule for the first half of the day-- Math, science, history, English. After lunch, though, it took a turn for the strange. She had Astronomy and Defense class and even a "How to Control Your Powers-- Phantoms" class. She thought that she already had them down, but it wouldn't hurt to practice. "What does your schedule say?" Elle asked Wendy. At the top it said that classes started in two days of arrival.

message 14: by Alex (new)

Alex (alice-andwendy) "Well, I don't have my schedule, as classes don't start for a while." She explained to Elle, "Remember, it is spring break here! This isn't America." She laughed. Wendy had already asked around about classes and found out that there weren't any for a bit. "We just get to lay back and relax." She laid down on the floor.

message 15: by Alex (new)

Alex (alice-andwendy) Wendy stood up, "Hey, i'm going to wander around for a while." she gathered her cloak around herself and unruffled her dress. "I'll catch up with you later though, okay? But don't be sneaking into my dorm through the walls!" She laughed. "We can have a Doctor Who marathon!" she smiled at the girl, and headed out the door, waving behind her on the way out.

message 16: by ʝσʂιҽ (new)

ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) "Oh," Elle responded, "alright. See you around." Elle picked her schedule back up and flipped it over. On the back was a map which was useful. She traced her finger from the dormitories and through her schedule. There was enough time in between classes to get to each place if she wasn't held up. It would take while to get used to though. The campus was big and she hadn't been to most places yet. She heard the door click shut and was left in silence. She scoped out the bookcase. There were fiction novels, classics, and textbooks. Lots of thick textbooks, all of which had peculiar names. Where Are My Legs? and Undead Hygiene were among the amusing titles.

Alex (alice-andwendy) ((Oh hey, I was just making wendy leave because i thought you forgot, but we can still rp))

message 18: by ʝσʂιҽ (new)

ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) ((Oh ok. Yeah I forgot, busy week, sorry! Um, you could make her forget something in the dorm? I don't know...))

message 19: by Alex (new)

Alex (alice-andwendy) ((Ok.))

Moments later Wendy came barging through the door. "Elle! I'm sorry to intrude, but have you seen my wand?" She asked panicking. "I can't find it." Wendy ran her hands over all her pockets, but it was nowhere to be found. "I don't remember where I last had it!" she exclaimed. Tears started to form in her eyes, she had never lost her wand before, to witches it was like losing an arm, or a kidney.

message 20: by ʝσʂιҽ (new)

ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) Elle stood up, flustered. "Did you have when we got into the dorm?" she asked in a worried tone. She looked under the bed and the desk. Was it under the rug? No, what about the bookshelf? Also no. She put her hands on her hips and retraced their steps. Lake, campus, dorm, elevator. Nothing gave a clue as to where Wendy lost it. The look on her face was deep panic. "It's alright," Elle tried to console her, "we'll find it."

message 21: by Alex (new)

Alex (alice-andwendy) Wendy sat on the bed and put her head in her hands, "I can't lose it." She muttered to herself repeatedly. She stood up, "Will you come help me look by the lake?" She asked, "Pleeeaaasseee!" Wendy begged as tears started to roll from her eyes.

message 22: by ʝσʂιҽ (new)

ʝσʂιҽ (aworldaway) Elle was clearly taken aback when she started crying. She put a handcawkwardly on her shoulder and helped her stand up. "Yeah," she said. "Come one, let's go." She stuffed her keys in her pocket and led her out the door. The burn mark was still on the outside- she would have to clean that up later. They strolled down the carpeted corridor and pressed the down button on the elevator. On the way down, Elle patted Wendy's back in an attempt to reassure her. It didn't seem to be helping as the worry-stricken look stayed her face. She heard a ding and the doors opened into a different floor. Another girl stepped in. She looked around Wendy's age, but taller.

message 23: by Alex (new)

Alex (alice-andwendy) ((Lets move this back to the lake))
