I just recently read the book and it was amazing :). The story is about a girl called Alyssa who is the Great great great great great-granddaughter of Alice Lidell who was the person who inspired Lewis Carrol's Alice in Wonderland books.
Ever since Alice visited Wonderland the family has had this curse which makes them go mental (literally). The curse allows Alyssa to hear bugs and Flowers talking so she slowly thinks she's going crazy like her mom. But when she realizes that Wonderland is real she goes down to break the curse.

It's actually a more morbid version of wonderland but trust me it's super good :)

Elizabeth Guzman | 2 comments omg yes this book is just so amazing i love to read it over and over and over again

Abby H I absolutely love this book, and the rest of the series is just as great . A.G. Howard is a wonderful author.

Mockingjay1407 | 29 comments Has anyone read all three? Found the first one the best, then a slow and ever so slight decline in my enjoyment with the other two, but I still enjoyed the series as a whole

Abby H Yes, I have definitely read all three. I think the first one was the best, though.

Yeah.

Actually the only character I like is Morpheus. Jeb & Alyssa aren't likeable at all and Alyssa doesn't deserve Morpheus in my opinion.

The only reason why you should read it, is for morpheus

Edit 1/31/2018: And I still stand by it. #TeamMorpheus for life
