Has anyone started the book yet? I am really liking it so far.

Clyde (wishamc) I read Grass a couple of years ago. IMHO, it is Sheri S. Tepper's best work. (I have read most of her oeuvre.)
On the other hand I was disappointed by The Dispossessed. I read it years ago (around 1990, I think) and I remember it to be rather boring. Perhaps it deserves another try … but, my to-read list is much too long as it is.

I am enjoying it so far. I like the way the author takes entrenched ideology and rethinks. I like the main character. I identify with the way he had his youthful ideas and how they changed as he matured. When you get the time give it another try. I have 30 something books on my to reads. I get ya, so many books so little time, and I keep putting more books on.:0
