Yeah it is. Some people say that it wasn't as good when Near appeared but I thought it was still good either way. Near is no L but he's still good. Or at least, I thought so.
I love Death Note and Code Geass! I also agree Death Note was still good with Near. I like Mello too :)There are too many anime to pick a favorite, but Wolf's Rain and Cowboy Bebop are definitely in my top five.
Is it bad for me to say that I've never seen Cowboy Bebop? I was introduced to anime in my preteens so I had no idea about most anime except for what was popular at the time like InuYasha and Naruto.
No, of course not! I was introduced to anime in elementary (with Pokémon) and it took me a while to see some considered classics or masterpieces. I still haven't seen them all (I don't think anyone has) Btw I love InuYasha and Naruto!
It's very interesting concerning me and Pokémon. It came out and became very popular in my generation but I never heard of it and so I'm in the minority when I say that I was never a fan of Pokémon. I heard about it in my late middle school years when people were talking about games and other stuff and I was looking at them going "What are you talking about?"Of course, they looked at me like I was an alien and were blown away that I never heard of it. It's a shame to start late cuz I have such a HUGE list on what I want to watch but I just don't have enough time. :(
Ha ha, no shame, Natalie. It was that way for me with Dragon Ball Z.I also have a huge list! And I have a tendency of starting shows and not getting back to them >,<
I know right? I have that same problem as well. I started watching Higurashi and Mirai Nikki and I haven't finished them. I'm currently in school so I'm too busy to watch them. The breaks and summer is where I do all my catching up.
Death Note is awesome, guy! Nuff Said.I was at Camp Anime yesterday and i met a bunch of people cosplaying as people from Attack On Titan. They intently recommended the anime to me over and over again. Anybody have any ratings or suggestions?
I love Attack on Titan! It's a great show, pulls you right in with all the action at the start. And it gives you drama and insight on the characters too, so it isn't just mindless violence. I'd recommend it too.
Where is that available? I think that's so cool!!!There are not very many anime fans where I live so I don't know of any Camp Anime. But we do have Anime conventions at the University. But I never got to go.
...I had to stop watching Death Note because it gave me nightmares...I'm such a baby about scary things!I'd have to say my favourite anime that isn't a manga (to my knowledge?) is Darker than Black. It was AWESOME!
I am really, really terrible at summarizing so here's a wikipedia link haha. The summary doesn't have spoilers, so no worries! It's really dark though, and there's lots of action! It's on netflix so I think it's dubbed. I think I watched half of it dubbed and half of it subbed and I actually liked it both ways (I usually hate the dubbed versions)
My top three are
1)Bleach
2)Skip Beat
3)Case Closed
Of course, I like a bunch of other manga too. These three are just my main favorite right now.

Sailor Moon will always be number one for me, just because it is my childhood fav. But I really like Skip Beat, Black Butler, Fullmetal Alchemist, Fairy Tail....I might not be able to list them all!
Krystal wrote: "I have two favorite animes and they are inuyasha and fullmetal alchemist."Inuyasha and Full Metal Alchemist rule!!!! By the way, which one? The first Full Metal Alchemist or Brotherhood?
Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, Kimi ni Todoke, Library Wars, Minami-ke, Chihayafuru, Hakouki, Higurashi, Ghost Hunt, Kuragehime, XXXholic, Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles and Cardcaptor Sakura of course.
K Project. Definitely K Project.
Amazing. XD No, well, yes, but here's a better explanation.
Yashiro Isana has lived a relatively ordinary, simple life. He lives in the technology-advanced Shizume City and attends Ashinaka High School, a notable high school that is located on an island just outside the areas. Yashiro is friendly with everyone. Nothing ever seems wrong about him, except perhaps his habit of forgetting where his school-issued PDA is. However, nothing normal has been happening since the recent murder of Tatara Totsuka, prominent member of the infamous HOMRA. No one knows who exactly killed him but the man responsible bears an uncanny, identical appearance to Yashiro. Seeking vengeance, the Red Clansmen of HOMRA set out to get Yashiro and kill him. Everyone suspects that Yashiro is the murderer. Isana Yashiro was not the person who killed Tatara Totsuka but yet another mysterious character is pulling the strings behind the curtains, a person which is quite dangerous and powerful.
Ummm, yeah. Basically each clan has it's own colour, and powers given by the 'king' or leader. These powers are 'Auras' which are kinda hard to explain. I suck at explaining, but it's really quite epic.

OH NO! OH NO OHNOOHNOOHNOOHNOOHNOOOOOOOOOO!
I have found a new Anime and I was so obsessed I stayed up until 3:45 watching it! Now I have a lecture and I'm sooooo tired!
But here it is, I am in love with it and... Is it weird for a guy to fall in love with anime males?

I fall in love with anime girls so I think it's normal haha! What anime is it? And have you watched Darker than Black?
No, I haven't watched it... But my friend keeps asking me too. What your rating of it on a 1-10 scale? Like, plot and animation wise?
An it's a bit of a lovey dovey one, it's called Brothers Conflict.

It is definitely one of my favourites. The animation is really good, although it gets a bit gory (and my definition of gory is also likely to be less gory than most people I expect because I'm a baby. Example: I had to stop watching Death Note. Because nightmares.)The plot is really good - it's set loosely in our time but with a sci-fi twist, so you spend the first few episodes really figuring out what on earth is going on, and there's some good government conspiracy stuff, and assassins, and fantastic character development! I'd say it's my favourite anime that isn't shoujo, basically.
