Well, there's no such thing as normal. Or uniqueness, if the statement "Everyone is unique" is to be believed. Because if everyone is truly unique, what are we but the same? So yeah there's my derp on normal.

It basically means what it sounds like. I use it in place of um or yeah sometimes.
