Stay up. I'd hate to be some sort of Sleeping Beauty. Even if I'm deathly tired, the doctors of the future might invent some miracle stuff that would help.

Not blink. If you don't blink, then you'd be used to your eyes watering or you wouldn't be affected by it at all because if you didn't blink, you wouldn't need to. Or you could use some technology/medicine/thing whatever to keep your eyes moisturized.
