Jimmi walked into the tattoo shop and looked around. It seemed like it was a good enough place to do the work she wanted. The art on the walls was good, some of it even great. Surely one of the artists could free hand exactly what she wanted. She walked up to the counter and knocked on it lightly. "Hello," she gave a bright, dazzling smile "I'm looking to get a tattoo. Any artist who is open will do. It's not a terribly difficult piece. I've got a rough sketch drawn up." She held up her wrinkled piece of paper.
Jimmi's smile immediately fell away and she had to grit her teeth in order to keep from giving him an ugly sneer. She walked over toward him and handed him the paper. She pulled up shorts to reveal and untattooed piece of skin on her upper thigh and hip. "I want it here. The skulls must be black and white but I want the roses to be red. If you have any ideas I would love to hear them. I drew that up an hour ago in class and I didn't really try and fix it up yet, but I promised my students I would have it done." She looked him in the eyes as if daring him to challenge her.
"I don't take much stock in words," Jimmi replied to him "So I'm going to go ahead and say no. Do it just as it is and make it perfect. I know you dislike me so if you mess up I'm going to use it as an excuse to murder you. Alright? That's not a joke." She looked at him seriously, flames dancing behind her eyes. They weren't necessarily angry eyes but they were threatening eyes. She meant every words that she said to him. She would not hesitate to destroy him if he gave her even the slightest reason.
Jimmi walked over to the mirror, the same old routine, and looked at her brand new tattoo. It was red and puffy and flecked with blood, but it somehow perfect. Her eyes lit up in a way they seldom ever did, as if flames were brightening them rather than making them fierce. A smile slipped onto her lips. She nodded. "I actually really like it," Jimmi admitted, looking at him behind her through the mirror "Maybe even love it. I think it will be one of my new favorite pieces. Um, thank you..." She shook her head to indicate that she had no idea what his name was. She wasn't entirely sure she wanted to know his name either. Knowing his name would be to know another piece of him and she simply didn't want that. Knowing things only made everything more complicated, at least as far as her past experience went.
Jimmi spun on her heel and turned to look him in the eye. "What? No. I am most definitely not allowing you to give me a free tattoo. I will pay for it just as any other customer would, mostly because I think you've caused just as many problems for everyone else you have ever met. You just seem like that kind of man...Hynder." His name seemed to roll perfectly off of her tongue, and she hated how it happened. It felt wonderful to speak his name somehow. It was probably just because she finally had a name for his face and a name that was unusual in all the right ways. "Oh, and um, my name's Jimmi. With an i not a y. My parents had a funny sense of humor I suppose."
"Well I'm going to ignore your insistence. How much do I own you? No reductions or discounts. I want to know the full price so I can pay you what you deserve for this," Jimmi said. She paused for a moment. "And I will still come back and kill you if this ends up being wrong. I have a bit of experience with tattoos and I'll know." She winked at him, actually winked at him.
"I'm still not interested in your flirtation Hynder," Jimmi commented and pulled the cash out of her pocket. She handed it all over to him plus a handsome tip. "You're an attractive man, I'll give you that, but you haven't really caught my full attention yet. When you have my attention then you can try again, but I don't really think that will happen. You're much too, well, ordinary." Jimmi gave him a sharp smirk before turning around and heading for the door, hips swaying in her shorts and heels clicking on the floor as usual.
Griffin walked in the door and sighed, he liked his job, but he was thinking about that girl, ivy, the one at the library. He walked to the back and grabbed his shirt with the name and logo of the shop on it, then took off his other shirt and examined his tattoos on his chest wondering if he should get another.
Griffin decided against getting another tattoo and grabbed his torn up black skinny jeans and put them on, along worn his many black wristbands. He then walked out and over to his station, he made sure everything was there checking every took and nodding with acceptance, after that he walked out and saw a girl sitting at the counter, he could tell she worked her, and he felt like he knew her, but her couldn't tell. He walked over to her and smiled as he got closer "anything for me on there?" He asked her
Griffin looked at her but couldn't place her, the he remembered her "your ivy right?" He smiled at her. He has been working here for about two years now and hadn't seen her before. He then remembered taking off his shirt and seeing the tattoo he had on the place where the name would show up be different. He decided to ignore that fact and looked at her with a smile
Griffin smiled "are you new at working here?" He leaned on the counter she was sitting behind and smiled at her
Griffin looked confused "I have worked here for two years, and I always do overtime, I wonder why I haven't seen you here before" he moved around the counter next to her as a costumer came in.
Griffin glared at the guy and walked around the counter the the guy "okay listen to her or I will kick your sad ass out" he crossed his arms and stood up straight witch made him look vary big and tough.
Griffin nodded "sure" he looked at the guy "follow me" he walked to his small working space and looked at the guy "sit down" he pulled up his own chair and sat down "what is your daughters name?" He pulled up a piece of paper
Griffin finished then got paid and waited at the counter, a few more people came up and wanted some peircings and tattoos.
Griffin finished up on a girls upper thigh, he looked at ivy "so, what's up?" He leaned on the counter
Griffin rolled his eyes playfully "what are you drawing, it's cool" he smiled and looked at her then back at what she was drawing
He smiled "what about a sun on the angle's side, then a moon on the demons side" he smiled at her and then thought for a minute "you could put it on your arm or on your upper thigh, lots of girls get tattoos there" he smiled at her again
Griffin nodded "I could do it for you" he smiled widely at her. He watched her draw the moon and smiled, he loved moons, he had one on his wrist then a sun on his other wrist, his sun looked nice.
Griffin nodded "yeah, I have done a bunch of tattoo's and pairings in two years, I work everyday, a short shift then an long long shift" he shrugged and leaned on the wall behind them "you look a lot different in the uniform" he smiled at her
Griffin smiled "well you just do" he shrugged "I don't know, I didn't recognize you at first" he looked at the time, he still had about three hours left in here then he could go home and cheek I'm his mom.
Griffin thought for a minute "I'm not sure, I keep all of my tattoos under my shirt so I can hide them from my mom" he smiled "I'm not sure if I have any more room
Griffin smiled at her "I just turned twenty, but I still live with my mom and sister, because my mom is really sick and my dad is never home" he shrugged and took off his shirt "see, not much room left" he looked at his chest
Griffin smiled at her and looked at the spot "I like it" he nodded and looked over his chest and side again, he found one spot on his other side and smiled "what about right here?" He smiled at her
((sure :)))
Griffin nodded watching her with a smile, he was breathing slowly. He listened to what she was saying and nodded in agreement, he liked her ideas. He looked over his other tattoos.

((should she find it or should he?))
((okay))
He smiled and nodded as she thought, he looked over his chest again and saw something different with his tattoo over his heart, he had put 'Never' over his heart, but it had more lines and looked different. He took a closer look and found her name on his chest well there goes my never he thought to himself and tried not to let her see it, he didn't point it out.

Griffin nodded "I sure am, why don't you do the 'No regrets' first, and I will be thinking of what to get on the other side" he smiled and tossed his shirt under the counter then walked to her station and waited for her with a fake smile, he really hoped she didn't see her name on his chest.
Griffin did as he walk told to do and looked at the other stuff she had in the room then smiled "what about paint drops?" He thought and smiled "like a few paint drops, or something" he kept thinking "or maybe a moon" he smiled "or a bird" he kept thinking "what do you think?" He smiled and looked at her.
Griffin smiled and nodded as he looked "I like them, a lot" he smiled and sat up "so, do I look better now?" He smiled at her and looked at the time, he still had three hours left for work. He looked didn't at his chest again and smiled then again saw her name under the 'Never' and quickly turned his head away from that tattoo
Griffin sighed, he realized she had seen it "you saw it too, and my name is on your chest?" He looked at her concerned, be knew that she didn't really like him, but he didn't know what to do. Yes he liked her, but did she like him?
Griffin sighed "in this town, why you see your true love and lock eyes with him or her, there name comes up on your chest, my name is probably on your chest too" he stood up "I am not a creep, I didn't get your name tattooed on me"
"it just magically appears, and I can't get it removed at all" he didn't moved but looked at her "okay? Do you get it now?" He looked a little worried as he staired at her. Why did he have to explain this to her, it's hard for him to explain when he is worried.
Griffin sighed "you know I don't like this, I wouldn't want to make you like me" he took a small step back and held his hands up in the air
Griffin sighed and leaned on the wall "stupid, stupid thing" he looked at the time, he had about an hour left but I looked like no knee was going to come in. He sighed and walked over to the front counter, he grabbed his shirt and our it on with a sigh, he then sat down and out his head in his hands.
Griffin walked in with a terrible headache, he didn't remember what've did at the clue last night. He waved at Ivy "hey" he walked back and changed into his uniform then walked back out and stood next to ivy.
Griffin looked at her "Are you okay? you seem uneasy" he leaned on the counter and looked at her with concern in his eyes
Griffin looked at her "Ivy, what's wrong, did I say something?" He put a hand on her shoulder to try and read her
Griffin looked really confused and concerned "Ivy what's wrong?" He took a step back "what did I do?" He didn't remember last night at all.
Griffin looked scared "Ivy please tell me, I d okn't understand why you are acting like this, yesterday we were fine when we left the park, what happened?" He looked her over
