Also, I didn't nominate Through the Woods, because I thought it would count as horror (Locke & Key would also be horror). I would've otherwise, but the rules stated that all books should fall into the science fiction or fantasy genres. I know it wouldn't have made much of a difference anyway, and I should have asked about eligibility. But the horror question is perhaps something you could think about elaborating in the rules next year if the awards are organized again. :)

My bad, I had an error in the html. It should work now. Thanks for letting me know.

If a work is listed on Goodreads, Amazon, Waterstones, etc in more than one genre and at least one of them is science fiction or fantasy, it was/will be acceptable for nominations. Through the Woods, for example, is classed on Amazon under horror and under fantasy>fairy tale retellings.

Yes, four people nominated Saga, but didn't specify which work. Fortunately, we didn't have to decide what to do with those 4 votes as they did not affect the outcome. Most likely, we would have divided the votes equally between volumes 3 and 4 if it would have affected the outcome in anyway.
