Ah! Glad to hear your liking it so far! I'm waiting or it to come in at the library still. That's why I haven't put the chapter numbers or dates in the thread titles haha

You need me to divide it a certain way?

I think it is fairly current. I think they mention a cell phone.

But it feels like it is in the 50s or something...a slower time.

Ya Luke was wearing jeans so it must be present day but I agree it feels older...vintage. I'm already on chapter 7. This is a quick read. Although Violet is annoying me by not questioning some of the lying going on. But at least she acknowledges it lol

Yo just an FYI I have the finished version and it's 30 chapters as well!!

You gotta start it! Here are the notes I took while reading this section
1. Why is she not questioning his lying? It's annoying
2. Why does he ask sunshine to go in the cave?
3. Don't really like the writing style but love the plot. It's too much random description

Yeah, that got me too but, I think it is part of the story, you have to read a little further and her actions or lack thereof should "come to light".

It kind of has that rhythmic quality kind of like Victoria Schwab. I could see a young Ashley Judd playing lead.

I want to read Vicious. That's the author you're talking about right? I'm gonna start section 2 today.
