Do OPAR and Understanding Objectivism offer too similar material or they address different things?

Hi Juan,I read OPAR more than 10 years ago and started reading UO earlier this year (but didn't finish it). So with that in mind, here are a few quick observations.
Both deal with Objectivism. But OPAR takes a broad approach to cover every branch of philosophy. UO on the other hand deals with detailed "chewing" of selected topics within objectivism - specifically with the method of thinking about/connecting ideas within Objectivism.
Both are based on spoken courses, but OPAR seems completely rewriten for a text based medium, where UO has more of a lecture quality.
OPAR is a significantly longer book than UO, and while both are advanced material on Objectivism, I would say that UO is more so - it requires a good grasp of Objectivist fundamentals.
Hope that helps.
