A strange girl falls from the sky and into the lake. (anyone feel free to join in please!)
Jade watched the water splash. 'Oh my gosh!' she thought then dived into the water. "Please uncle." she called to Posiedon "Don't let us drown."
The girl struggles underwater, tangled in weeds.
Jade felt her eyes open easily amd she thanked Poseidon as she took out her knife and cut the weeds entangling the girl.
She floated back up to the top then gasped for breath. "Get me out of here!" she screams.
Jade shot to the top then dragged the thrashing girl ashore. "Stop squirming!" Jade exclaimed, frustrated.
she stumbled, hyperventilating. "I-- hate-- water!" she gasped.
"Sit down." Jade got the girl to lay down and asked "What is your name?"
Jade sighed. "OK," She said. "Let's start with something simpler then. Are you hurt?"
"my leg...." her ankle was bent at a strange angle.
she starts freaking out. "oh my gosh its bad. bad bad bad." Thunder rolls overhead.
Matthias walks over a small hill, finding the girl and Jade beside the lake. He hurries down. "What has gone on here?" He asks.
Jade looked up. "She fell from the sky and into the lake. I just pulled her out."
"Someone fix my friggin ankle already!"
"She doesn't know," Jade said. She put her arms beneath her and lifted her up. She was heavy but Jade was strong enough to carry her. "We're taking you to the infirmary. Relax."
"Alright, calm down. You, *points to Jade* get me a sturdy stick about two feet long." He feels the girl's ankle. "Deffinately broken. Do you remember anything before you... fell?"
"I fell. off a plane. What is this place?"
"What plane?" "Who are you?" Points to boy
"My name is Matthias. I live not far from here."
Jade continues to hold the girl in her arms. "Sorry. I'm not one for taking orders." She laid the girl down on the ground and examined her ankle with Mattias.
"Ok, I'm Reyna" "do you know your name?" Points to girl
"DO you have the stick? I ned it to make a temporary splint."
"I dunno." *gasps* "I KNOW YOU!"
Matthias raises an eyebrow. "You remember something?"
"That's why I need a stick! The stick is for a temporary splint until we can find a cast for the girl. Now, go find one before i lose patience." He speaks with authority, and glares at Jade.
"ummm..... no. I dont remember much of anything..." she growls "UG this is frustrating!" Lightning crackles nearby.
Jade scours the edge of the lake and finds a firm stick. Still dripping wet she returns and gives it to Matthias to make a splint.
"I'm the leader of this camp you shall get it!" Holds her ankle "it's not that bad"
Jade glares back at Matthias and thunder rolls in the distance.
"Stop jumping" "I'm trying to help you!" Glares at Matthias
Jade took off her leather jacket and threw it aside. "It's gonna hurt princess," she snapped.
"Leave it alone!" she cries, kicking at the hands around her ankle.
Clasps the girls mouth "don't scream"
Her teeth dig into the skin. "Leave me ALONE!" Lightning crashes down on a tree right beside them.
"Ow" mumbles "you need to shut up! I'm guessing you're a daughter of Jupiter" "don't kill us and control your anger"
Clearly it is worse than you percieve. And I am no member of you'r 'camp', and thus you have no jurisdiction over me. I'd also deduct that you have no histroy in medical aspects." He gives her a stern look, then tears several ong strips from his shirt. "Lift her leg. Slighty, and slowly. I'm going to tie the stick to her ankle. Carefully. This is going to hurt a little."
She stops. "Wait, Im a what now?"
" i don't know where you are from but I am the leader and I am the Praetor and you will listen to me" "and yes I do have expierence with medical situations" lifts her leg
