There is a twitter handle @Reader_DG and FB group of the same name for those interested in social media to PROMOTE the books and the series and anything to do with Diana Gabaldon. Facebook.com/groups/readerDG

For those not on twitter--the FB Group that I administer, Facebook.com/groups/Caitrionation (a fan group for actor Caitriona Balfe who is playing Claire in the TV adaptation), has a "daily twitter round-up" of all things Outlander.
