Please accept my apologies.I joined yesterday and opened a smile and hugs thread.I've only just found this thread and I've never came across the rule.
I have my own group and I'm thankful if they start a thread.I see where your going (duplicate threads?)You've had problems with them maybe.
I think the only thing that bothers me on my group is when people go off topic,although there's a good morning thread and a chat about almost anything thread it still happens.,but it doesn't bother me too much,I let them know when it does and boy,do they pay attention with open ears!
As a sole mod myself(prefer it that way,just have a stand in mod if I'm on hol)I understand where your going,but I'm pretty easy going unless I need to be,then,grrr,my members know about it.
I really do apologize.
