Burn discussion

I wasnt happy with the way this book finishd... yes there is hot secens in there that made me gasp.. but i want to know what happened with the double wedding and that :( if she brings out a 4th book.. i will not read it

i felt like there was quite a bit that could have been added to the ending, and i always wished that there was more - especially with some of the characters that we met mid-book 3....but what i'm starting to learn about this genre and with authors in general is that publishers typically sign for a trilogy at most at first and then depending on the success, they'll contract more. so the potential for the continuation of the story is always there, and hopefully we'll get what we want. it's really just a waiting game.

what i can say though is that Maya Banks has become one of my favorite authors so i'm willing to let a little sadness at the end of a series go if it means that we'll get more later

I thought there could have been more to the last 2 books. My favorite was the 1st book even thought the others were good but I thought Burn should have had more of the tough Jace that they kept describing him as. They made him look alittle bit of a wuss and that pissed me off. I was expecting more of a gruff, tough guy. I love Maya Banks' books and read other books that were series like all of her Colters' Legacy except the last 2, that I will read soon and then start on her Sweet series.
