I'm new, just started my profile. There are a couple of books I contributed to that I would like added as my books:

That's very odd, then. I tried to add him and it didn't show the "Goodreads Author" bit in brackets afterwards.

Anyway, I've updated them all now and it's showing correctly! :)

Goodreads policy is not to add editors of single-author works as authors.

Authors are expected to follow Goodreads policy the same as any other user.

As it is so difficult to search for an author name by initials on this site and others (spacings and points have to be exact), I have changed to using my full name Karen Perkins instead of K.A. Perkins (as reflected on the covers of the new editions). Could you therefore also please update my author profile to reflect this.

I assume you want the blog moved as well? I can't move any existing comments, but I can unlink it from the current profile and add it to the new one.

I have a new release coming out Oct 27th. I'd like to upload the new book to my profile so readers can ad it to their 'want to read' list. I can't remember the steps. I did it with my last book. I do not have a IBSN as it won't be published until the 27th.

That's fantastic Rivka, thank you very much, and sorry for being such a pain! I have updated the author description, although cannot change the name. Yes please, if you could move the blog and I'll stand the loss of the comments - the important thing is the books and reviews.

Oops, I thought it was an external blog feed, which can be moved. Looks like they are actually all entries that you manually added, and those cannot be moved.
