• Only the Benevolent Dictator or her Underlings (any other moderators that may come to be) may add folders. • Non-moderator group members may only add topics to folders that are titled groups of which they are members. • Use decent spelling and grammar, if not your absolute best. • Do not post in topics that are under construction. • Unless you are a moderator, do not post in the Announcements topic. • Be kind to one another. • Any fighting or biting should be brought to the attention of the Sovereign (aka the Benevolent Dictator), but beyond whatever issues, when it comes to the private undertakings of individual groups, the moderator(s) of that group does indeed have the final say, for it is, after all, their group. • If you are not a member of a group, please do not participate in that group's discussions unless a) you are invited or b) you are an underling stepping in to handle a problem.
