				 I agree with Caroline.
      I agree with Caroline. I'm no writer but whenever I'm going through a hard time, I write a letter to my best friend. Putting all that's bothering me into words helps me deal with it, sorting my feelings, working through them. Sometimes I send her those letters as emails, sometimes I just save them for myself.
I started writing her when I lived abroad and talking over the phone was too expensive. Also, we're both not that great at expressing feelings in conversations. So we started writing long emails to each other and bonded even more in that time because we were very honest in our letters.
So yes, I think writing is therapeutic. That's why it's possible you're more inspired when your hurting.
