What is the title of your non-fiction book? What made you want to read this particular book? What hooked you into reading it? What is your personal interest in the topic?

Tianna | 6 comments The title of my non-fiction book is Oogy. One reason I wanted to read this book is it was about animal abuse and how a loving family decided to take the dog, I have a book similar but mine is about a cat that got shoved into a library drop-off box during the winter(it was non-fiction too). These kind of stories are very touching in my opinion. The cover got me into reading the book. The dog looked as if the side of his head had been bash in(and it had in a way). I was curuis as to what had happened to the dog.

Alexandria | 9 comments my book is a collection of touching animal stories telling about how many were abused and how they were rescused. this book is one i can relate to because i own a three legged cat named nubs and he was abused by his former owner.he used to get kicked across rooms thrown against walls, and even choked. he had to be treated for 3 broken ribs and a fractured skull, he now has a fear of men but has gotten alot better, hes my personal companion. books like these are bitter sweet, and usually have happy endings. like nubs's story.
