A story about teen love and the sacrifices that one can make for the ones we love. this is the second book of the beautiful creatures series. that follow Ethan wate throughout his journey with his loved one Lena for she has just chosen to be a light and dark caster. and with this choice many consequences come with this. Ethan has these dreams at night that are so vivid that would later lead him to his target for which he doesn't know.Lena is trying to be able to harness all of her powers and still be in close distance without paralyzing Ethan just at the bare touch. how far would they go to be with each other. so far that they would do anything for one another and give up there life, and don't forget who comes back. to find out read the book. This book in my opinion is a good sequel to the beautiful creatures. it spreads out more of the information and goes more into detail on what and why the characters do certain things. the author is very expressive about the emotions and the connections throughout the whole book. this book is definitely worth the read because it keeps you interested and engaged at all times. it can also relate to teenage life so it will be interesting to girls and boys of whom are teenagers. some people do not like to read but once you get to reading this book it would be really hard to put it down. so i rated this book 4 stars. i did not rate it 5 stars because there is information i feel are too stretched out throughout the book and also missing information but i would still say go out buy the book check out and read for it is wonderful.
